Forging the Path
Featuring the Winner of the STSC Composition Competition
On June 13 at 7:30 PM at Saint Patrick's Church, 9 Leroy Street Binghamton, 13905, the Southern Tier Singers' Collective will present Forging the Path, the inspiring and uplifting culmination of our 2026-2027 season. The program features the world premiere of Until Dawn, the winning composition of our young composers' competition, by Vestal High School senior Nicholas Caterella, framed by motets by Anton Bruckner, Benjamin Britten's Hymn to Saint Cecilia, ethereal works by Morten Lauridsen and Dale Trumbore, and spirituals by Moses Hogan. Free and open to the public with donations gratefully accepted.
